This is a water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion system (zinc-rich paint to topcoat) that combines the same quality and workability as current solvent-based paints!

Currently, coatings for steel structures (heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings) are widely applied in both strong solvent-based and weak solvent-based formulations. In recent years, there has been a growing awareness in society regarding VOC reduction and odor control, leading to increased interest in water-based solutions in the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating field. Against this backdrop, we have developed the "DNT Water-Based Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion System." Features: 1) A complete heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system can be assembled using only water-based products from primer to topcoat. 2) It offers corrosion resistance and weather resistance equivalent to solvent-based coatings. 3) It can reduce VOC emissions by approximately 80% compared to solvent-based coatings. 4) It is safe with no concerns about flammability. 5) It is free from harmful heavy metals (such as lead and chromium). *For more details, please download the catalog PDF or feel free to contact us.
